Once your order has been placed, it can be seen under "My Orders" in your Trade Program account. Updates on the status of your order will also be sent via email.

Changes cannot be made to an order once it has been submitted. However, if you wish to make a change to your order, contact us immediately at support@nextart.com and we will do everything we can to help you out. Possible Changes include: Adding Items, Changing Items, Changing a frame, or Changing a delivery address

If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact support@nextart.com within 12 hours of making your purchase. There maybe applicable cancellation or restocking fees if production of your order is already in progress.
